Ryan joined MBE in 2017 as Chief Operating Officer of AlphaGraphics.He served as the Chief Executive Officer of PrintSpeak since 2019 and most recently Chief Operating Officer of Postnet in 2020. Previously Ryan was Chief Technology officer of AlphaGraphics and covered other key executive roles with private and public companies. Starting from March 2024, Ryan assumed the role of Region Executive VP of MBE Worldwide.

The Board of Directors is responsible for the company’s organization and for management of the company’s affairs, delivering strategic direction including through the development and review of governance policies, practices, and procedures according to an integrated governance, risk, and compliance framework.

Graziano Fiorelli
Chairman Emeritus
Graziano Fiorelli founded MBE Italy in 1993, acquiring the MBE exclusive license for that country; after succeeding to rank Italy number one in terms of total number of stores, outside the US, he and his son Paolo started to develop the MBE concept in Europe, acquiring the exclusive license for Spain in 2000, Germany in 2001 and Austria & Hungary in 2003.
Prior to MBE, Graziano Fiorelli served as President and CEO for Vestro Spa (Mail Order Company) and as President and CEO of the controlled Prenatal Spa Europe; he co-founded and was President of ANVED (National Association of Mail Order Industry) and also co-founded AIDIM (Italian Association of Direct Marketing). He has been President of Assofranchising (Associazione Italiana del Franchising) from 2002 to 2015.
Paolo Fiorelli

Paolo Fiorelli joined MBE at the end of 1993. He has been Chief Executive Officer of MBE Italy and other European subsidiaries since 2001, CEO of MBE Worldwide since its inception in 2009, and he became its Chairman in 2016. Paolo is also CEO of both AlphaGraphics Inc. and PostNet Inc., MBE’s US based affiliates.
Prior to MBE, Paolo was a Senior Executive with BNL Investment Bank and Coopers & Lybrand and founder and CEO of Finint Spa, a Western Union agent for Italy, Spain and UK (the company was ultimately sold to Western Union in 2011). He graduated in
Business Administration from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan.
Nicoletta De Vincenzi
Independent Board Member
Nicoletta De Vincenzi is currently Director of Brand Partnerships in Italy for TikTok, and, among other traits, brings to the Group her experience in Digital Marketing, developed among the others in companies such as Google and Facebook, as well as her experience as a digital entrepreneur herself.
Diego Polo-Friz
Independent Board Member
Diego Polo-Friz is a Professor of Management at the State University of Milan, a Board Member of MBE Worldwide and an entrepreneur (in carbon fibers and in big data / behavioral economics consulting). Until 2016 he was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tucano Urbano (a motorbike equipment company).
From 2005 to 2011 he was General Manager of Finint, a financial intermediary active as a Western Union agent in Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom. From 1993 to 2005, he was first a Consultant and then a Partner with McKinsey & Co.
Diego Polo-Friz holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Bocconi University in Milan.
Mario Adario
Board Member
Mario Adario joined Oaktree in September 2006 after serving as an associate in the European Investment Banking division of Merrill Lynch International in London.
Prior experience includes one year as an analyst at TXU Europe Energy Trading BV in Geneva and internships at the European Central Bank in Frankfurt, Goldman Sachs International and the Embassy of Italy in London. Mario Adario graduated cum laude with a degree in financial markets and institutions from the Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
Ross McCullough
Independent Board Member
Ross McCullough is a management specialist in the logistics space with over 30 years’ experience and recently retired as President of UPS Asia Pacific Region. He is committed to growth, innovation that creates value for both the customer and business, and empowering the right talent with the right tools.
During his 36 year career, he led and was involved in a number of ground-breaking firsts at the company, which contributed to successful product, portfolio and geographic expansions. In 1996, he headed up UPS’s first ever e-Commerce function; shortly after, he led post-acquisition integration and relationship development for Mail Boxes Etc. for franchisees across 37 countries.
Ross earned a Bachelors Degree of Science from Eastern Illinois University and a Masters Degree in International Business from Emory University.
Francesca Magrassi

Francesca joined MBE Group in July 2021. She started her career in consulting working for McKinsey & Co. In 2015 she joined Vodafone Italy, where she covered multiple positions within the HR Department.
Francesca holds a Master of Science in International Management from Bocconi University and got a MBA from Columbia University in New York.

Giuseppe Rudi
Group Chief Commercial Officer
Giuseppe Rudi joined MBE in June 2009 after an international career in Total S.A. Prior to his role as MBE Group COO from January 2020, Giuseppe served the MBE group in several executive roles: Country Manager for Italy; Region Manager for Italy, France,
Germany, Austria, Spain, Portugal and Poland; Executive Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy of MBE Worldwide; and MBE Worldwide COO. Starting from February 2024, Giuseppe assumed the role of Group Chief Commercial Officer.
He graduated in Engineering from the University of Milan.
Samuele Spaccia
Group Chief Financial Officer
Samuele Spaccia joined MBE in April 2014 as Finance & Controlling Manager of MBE Worldwide. Previously, Samuele worked with Atlantia Group — one of the world’s leading operators of motorway infrastructures.
Before joining Atlantia, Samuele served for 3 years as International Finance & Treasury Manager in Ariston Thermo Group. He has been Chief Financial Officer of MBE Worldwide since December of 2015.
Francesca Magrassi

Francesca joined MBE Group in July 2021. She started her career in consulting working for McKinsey & Co. In 2015 she joined Vodafone Italy, where she covered multiple positions within the HR Department.

Kathleen Panek
Chief Corporate Affairs Officer
Since starting her career in private law practice, Kathleen Panek has held positions of increasing responsibility and leadership in several companies, including in regulated industries. Kathleen joined the MBE group in February 2018 as General Counsel of the United States brands. Kathleen was promoted to MBE Chief Corporate Affairs Officer in June 2022, and currently oversees the group’s Legal and ESG functions and its M&A activities. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado, and a Juris Doctor degree from UC Law, San Francisco.
Valeria Mennella
Chief Marketing Officer
Valeria Mennella spent most of her professional life in the Telecommunications industry, including several executive roles in B2B Marketing and Sales for Vodafone Italy and Vodafone Global Enterprise.
She joined MBE in 2017 as MBE Worldwide CMO, following two years as Marketing Manager at Accenture Consulting.
She graduated with degrees in Business Administration and has a Master’s degree in Information & Communication Technology.

We utilize appropriate modern technology, best practices, and processes to protect our business and our customers’ data, including based on the criticality of applicable systems and sensitivity of the data stored.
To identify and address data security risks, we periodically run security assessments and informal internal assessments of our processes. We also conduct penetration testing and ongoing vulnerability monitoring regarding specific systems and environments within our technology infrastructure.
